Plus unable to locate where she was buried at.

Henry Blackburn Rogers

Marriage license received on November 24, 1864. Then they got married on November 25, 1864 in Jackson county Ill.

On November 26, 1864 marriage license was file in Jackson county Ill.

Henry Blackburn Rogers was an office in the civil war.

Born 1840

Died May13, 1874

Buried somewhere in Jackson county ill.

 

When Henry Pass away Sarah remarried to William R. Summer.

 

Sarah and Henry had five children

 

Sherman Rogers

Had three daughter and two sons

Died September 21, 1964

Buried at tower grove cemetery west of Murphysboro, Ill

This is what been told over the years

This story was pass down by great grandmother Cynthia stated that her mother (Sarah Rogers) told her that they were related to Daniel Boone and that he was her third cousin. Also it’s been told that great great grandmother Sarah was related to the Henson and Robinson.
